Action begun April 28, 1949 to set aside an order of April 19, 1949 of the Industrial Commission affirming an examiners order dated April 4, 1949. The application of the plaintiff for an award of death benefits on account of the death of her husband which occurred March 12, 1947, was dismissed. The husband, Lee Hansen, was employed as a salesman by the Blackhawk Manufacturing Company, one of the defendants. Judgment was entered July 26, 1950, confirming the commissions order. It is from that judgment that plaintiff appeals.
